Participation in the workshop is free of charge.
The working languages of the workshop are English.

Publications

Following the workshop, all submissions that successfully pass the peer review process will be prepared and submitted to the CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS) platform for editorial consideration.

The workshop program will be published on the official conference website.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Papers may be submitted in one of the official languages of the workshop and must be uploaded via the workshop registration form.

The abstract should include the following sections:

  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Relevance of the Research
  • Statement of the Problem
  • Research Results
  • Conclusions

The paper should not exceed 15 pages (A4 format).

Check that you paper is relevant to the Call for Papers: 
  • The paper should have not more than 4 authors.
  • All authors should be professionals in IT / Computing field.
  • At least one of the authors should have Ph.D / Dr. Sc, in Computer Science and more than 4 papers indexed in DBLP.
  • All authors in the paper should give meaningful affiliations and ORCID provided in the paper.
  • One person should submit not more than 2 papers.

To submit a paper, you need to prepare the following items:

  • Scan of the manually filled and signed Authors Agreement Form (https://lnk.ua/bHDE4bEWe) for the paper in a jpg image format.
  • Paper in LibreOffice .odt format (see template https://lnk.ua/4wpt81deS, not more 10 Mb).
  • Presentation file for the paper in PDF or PPT format (not more 10 Mb).
  • Video recording of authors’ speech with a presentation (mp4 file -not more 100 Mb).
