Submissions Status (RS-2025)

Dear Author!

Thank you for your interest in the I International Scientific and Practical WorkShop “Resilient Systems: Secure Digital Technologies and Critical Infrastructure (RS-2025)” (Drohobych, Ukraine, 2025) and for submitting your paper.

Submission Overview

We have received a total of 48 paper submissions.
Following a formal review by the RS-2025 Program Committee, 7 submissions (15%) have been rejected. This decision is final and non-disputable. Authors of rejected papers are free to submit their work elsewhere.

Common reasons for rejection include:

  • High percentage of non-original text
  • Missing or incorrect references after text matches
  • Topics outside the scope of the conference
  • Incorrect formatting or incomplete submissions
  • Incomplete or inaccurate author information

WorkShop Format

As the vast majority of authors have opted to participate in correspondence mode, the Organizing Committee has decided to hold the conference in an asynchronous format, without plenary or sectional sessions.

What to Expect:

  • Certificates of participation and the workshop proceedings will be sent out at a later date.

Extended Paper Invitation

Within the next month, selected authors will receive an invitation (based on an additional decision by the Organizing Committee) to submit their papers in an extended format, prepared according to CEUR requirements.
These papers will be considered for inclusion in a volume of extended workshop papers to be submitted to the CEUR-WS.ORG catalog.

Best regards,
Iaroslav Dorohyi, Dr. Sc., Prof.
