- Every submitted paper will undergo a double-blind peer review.
- Each paper will be reviewed by at least one member of the RS-2026 Program Committee and two independent peer reviewers holding a PhD or Dr. Sc. degree.
- Review assignments are made by the Head of the RS-2026 Program Committee.
- Program Committee members and authors with doctoral degrees will receive a separate email with their assigned reviews.
- In addition, any RS-2026 participant or external expert is welcome to submit a voluntary review for any paper.
- We consider it a professional duty of every author to review the works of other participants. We kindly ask you to independently select the papers that interest you and submit your reviews.
- The final decision on recommending a paper for inclusion in the RS-2026 proceedings will be made by the volume editor based on the reviews received.
- After the review stage, authors will have the opportunity to revise their papers taking into account the reviewers’ comments and recommendations.
- Following the revision, the volume editor will perform a final check and make the ultimate decision on acceptance or rejection of each paper for publication.
